A couple of years ago my brother-in-law (the Bearded Chef) brought some brisket to a family dinner, and it was hands down the most tender, tasty, and enjoyable I had ever tried.
I took some of the leftovers home and discovered the next day that it was not quite the same and after a few days it had started to dry out and didn’t have the same amazing flavor. After experimenting with different ways to preserve and reheat his meals, The Bearded Chef discovered a “cool” solution, and the idea of Utopia Meals was born.

We have spent years trying to figure out how to prepare meals that our family loves, that doesn't require us to spend all day in the kitchen, and that don't go to waste. We tried meal prep, meal planning, cooking in bulk, etc. Everything we tried came back to the same thing, tons of time and tons of mess.
Eventually, we discovered the right way to preserve and reheat our meals, the proper portion size that removes waste, and the cooking methods that kept our kitchen from looking like a war zone.
