Utopia Meals are high-quality, great-tasting frozen meals that are perfectly portioned to meet both your health and your dietary needs. Utopia Meals are ala la carte so you can mix and match your favorite meats and sides to make your perfect meal.

There are two simple methods:

1. Keep the food in the vacuum-sealed packaging.
2. Microwave for 60 - 90 seconds or until packaging starts to expand.
3. Or put in a pot of water and heat on high until bubbles form on the bottom of the pot.  (Note: remove packaging before water starts to boil to avoid overcooking)
4. Leave in the package for 60 - 90 seconds - open and enjoy.

Utopia Meals is currently a pickup or delivery service only serving Utah County and Salt Lake County.
